The Urban Renewal Award celebrates projects that demonstrate revitalisation and the appropriate use of buildings in established suburbs and inner-city areas. Our pride and joy, Morris Moor, was a perfect candidate—an embodiment of urban regeneration, where the site’s historic origins and innovative spirit were transformed into a modern precinct of commerce, creativity and community.
