Up Property successfully acquired this 6.2Ha former CSIRO facility under a competitive public tender conducted by the Federal Government. This site presented a landmark redevelopment opportunity close to Deakin University, a major shopping centre, and several local schools.
The vision by Up Property is to rezone the land and deliver a master planned community which will transform this site into a mixed-use precinct including community spaces, commercial and residential opportunities. The masterplanned community will feature over 220 architecturally designed homes with a mix of low, medium and higher-density products.
