Building a visionary place with Barwon Health
181 Moorabool Street is the site of a new state-of-the-art, $30 million mental health and drug and alcohol services community hub. The development has undergone a complete internal and external transformation and we have worked collaboratively with Barwon Health to build a space tailored to their unique requirements.
Local artist Minna Leunig was commissioned by Up Property to create a unique artwork on the side of the building.
"The combination of a Geelong tenant, Barwon Health, the use of a Geelong builder (Lyons Construction) and the inclusion of Geelong art (Leunig), 181 Moorabool is a uniquely Geelong-Inspired building developed by Up Property."
