Which is why Morris Moor is excited to reveal that Funlab has leased a 2500sqm site in the basement of Building 4, where some of its most popular brands including Holey Moley, Archie Brothers and a special virtual reality experience will come to life over the next nine months.

Holey Moley is mini-golf like you’ve never played it before. Take a mini-golf course and a bar, twist them up in a crazy version of the traditional putt-putt and turn the whole thing into a multi-sensory labyrinth of wacky holes, inspired by everything from every day to the hilarity of your childhood faves. It’s wacky, it’s nostalgic, it’s 80s, it’s 90s. It’s the craziest round of mini golf you’ve ever played. With drinks, cocktails and your favourite tunes pumping at the full-service bar, The Caddyshack will take care of all your off-green needs.

Another hugely popular Funlab destination is Archie Brothers, which again puts a hugely popular twist on a family favourite, ten pin bowling and the traditional games arcade. So get ready to let loose on the lanes as Archie Brothers turns down the lights and cranks up the entertainment. The sweet sound system will keep you bopping between bowls, and because you can’t have fun on an empty stomach, their lane-service will have all your bar and snack needs covered. Whether you’re competing to be crowned bowling king, or just want to hang out with your mates, Archie Brothers will be an awesome new way to spend even more time at Morris Moor.

We can’t wait to join the Morris Moor project and bring some of our signature brands to a great precinct in a fast-growing area of Melbourne,” tells Funlab CEO Michael Schreiber.

Up Property managing director, Adam Davidson, is also excited that Funlab is joining the Morris Moor family, saying it was, “another coup and show of confidence for the development.” It follows on from the recent signing by a global leader in sports science, which has committed to relocate its national head office to the latest stage of Morris Moor, which is currently under construction. A further announcement on that agreement will be made in coming weeks.

On top of the fabulous hospitality options at Morris Moor such as Stomping Ground Brewery, Royal Stacks burgers, Penny For Pound pastries and Hola Gelato, Imagine the crazy times you, your friends and family will have at a Funlab venue!

Birthdays, office parties, celebrations, special events, and even major sporting events on our big screens have been a huge drawcard to Morris Moor—Funlab will make them more so. It’s part of the continuing vision of the Moorabbin landmark to unify a diverse range of businesses, integrating traditional office space, hospitality, leisure, warehouses and co-working spaces, childcare, and wellness services to create an innovative and creative cultural landmark destination.

The 6.2ha Morris Moor site features more than 51,000sqm of commercial and industrial space spread across eight buildings and its success continues unabated. Of the 12,500sqm of new space set to open this year over 60% has been secured to new tenants such as Funlab.
