Up Property is thrilled to announce that new tenants APT Luxury Travel, Australia’s largest luxury cruise and travel agency, are taking over Morris Moor’s 2,000 sqm central office space.

Drawn to Morris Moor and Up Property for our future-thinking space creation and community-centric operations, APT is bringing a 200 plus strong workforce to the precinct, and we’re beyond excited to welcome them.

This lease is a huge achievement for Up Property and a testament to the dedicated effort put into the creation of Morris Moor. Melbourne’s commercial office market is challenging, and we’re proud to see Morris Moor stand out for its strong and sought-after identity.

As we continue to negotiate leases on the remaining spaces, Up Property plans to see Morris Moor fully leased by the end of the year. It’s an incredibly exciting goal that will signal the end of one chapter, and the beginning of an epic new one in the ever-evolving story of Morris Moor.
